Along the way, we will work closely with your realtor and loan officer and with the attorney and realtor on the sale side of the transaction to assure as smooth of a transaction as possible, but we represent you and only your best interests will be our uncompromised concern. Other parties to the transaction may have vested interest in the transaction closing no matter what. Our goal is to close the transaction if it is in your best interest. Our most important job will be to make sure that you will receive a clear title to the property; our second job will be to make sure that it will be done on the terms according to the contract and, above that, on the terms that are fair and reasonable and on the terms that were promised to you, especially with respect to any financing.

We offer full service legal representation in a residential sale closings from $95.00.*
This includes review of the contract, drafting and responding to attorney review letters as needed, obtaining title commitment and clearing title, and drafting and obtaining all necessary documents for the closing.
You will be represented by our personnel of experienced real estate attorneys, paralegals and assistants. We will do everything on our part to make sure that the transaction progresses as smoothly and expeditiously as possible. To that end we order title commitment as soon as practically possible after we are retained to represent our clients and we order other documents, such as mortgage payoff statement, plat of survey, paid assessment letter, etc., early to avoid any closing delays.
We will draft the closing documents to allow you to sign them before the closing, including a power of attorney, so that you do not have to attend the closing. The documents can be signed by you at a time convenient for you at our offices or at another location if your situation so requires, which will take only a fraction of time that attending the actual closing would take. Our goal is to make the transaction as seamless and easy for you as possible, and we usually succeed in it even with our out of state and international clients. After the closing, we can have copies of your closing documents ready for you to pick up in our office, shipped to your address or emailed to you. The proceeds can be issued to you in a title company’s check or wire transferred directly to your account.
